Your Time Is Precious

All the human forms have known the ultimate truth, but they think they haven’t.  The human forms differ in one essential respect from all other living forms, Eating, sleeping and sex are common to all animals but human beings along have the additional faculty of being able to discriminate between what is real and what is unreal. The supreme incarnation is therefore that of a human being. You have to make the best use of this precious incarnation. Out of the eighty or so years you can expect to live, decades will be used up in sleeping, eating, looking after your family, earning a living, etc. You really have very little time of your own that has no other demands on it. Use these precious moments to have holy company, to meditate and to find your own Self. If you want to make the best use of your time, find a perfect being and stay with him.
