Sat Darshana is the name that Ganapati Muni gave to his Sanskrit version of Ulladu Narpadu, Bhagavan’s forty verse poem on the nature of reality and the means by which it can be experienced. The ‘Bhashya’ is a commentary that Kapali Sastri, his chief disciple, wrote on it. Though written by Kapali Sastri, it reflects Ganapati Muni’s own views on the meaning of the text. The commentary is preceded by some excellent dialogues that mostly took place between Ramana Maharshi and Kapali Sastri in the mid-1920s.
