T. K. Sundaresa Iyer came to Sri Ramana as a small boy and spent most of his life in Tiruvannamalai, where he worked as a school teacher. In the 1950s he wrote a series of articles for The Call Divine, a magazine that featured many articles by devotees of Sri Ramana. These were collected together in the 1960s with the intention of publishing them as an ashram book, but the manuscript mysteriously disappeared for many years. When it was rediscovered around 1980 it was published, and it immediately became a favorite of many devotees of Sri Ramana.
Sundaresa Iyer speaks movingly in this book of the years he spent with Sri Ramana and the wonderful experiences that accrued to him as a result of his devotion.
