A Radio Portrait of Sri Ramana Maharshi
In addition to a biographical sketch of Sri Ramana Maharshi, this inspiring CD captures the experiences of various visitors to Sri Ramanashramam where Ramana spent most of his adult life. It talks about the decision to establish the ashram and the means by which it was built.
This CD answers the question, “What attracts visitors to Ramanashramam?” via interviews with people who have spent time in the ashram and on the mountain called Arunachula. Everyone’s experiences are, in some degree, different and very personal, yet all agree that the presence of Ramana is clearly and powerfully felt: a confirmation of his famous question, “Where could I ever go?”
The people who are interviewed are Chandi Devi, Ganga, David Godman, Karl Renz, A. Ramana, Sundaram, J. Jayaraman.
In addition, and of particular interest to students and devotees of Sri H.W.L. Poonjaji,
there is a section in which he reads about his meeting with Sri Ramana!
This moving CD also includes the essence of Ramana’s teaching
in a very simple and succinct manner.
